What We Do
A WorkShots photographer comes to your location and photographs your staff, partners or faculty members in or around their own work environments. We process the selected images and create the ideal file sizes and formats for your specific needs. We deliver the images, ready to use, within three days.
How we do it
When you contact WorkShots through our website, one of our experienced professional photographers will get back to you the same day. They’ll review the specifics of your request and schedule a convenient time to meet with you prior to shooting. During that brief initial consultation, our photographer will evaluate your workspace and start to create an action plan for great pictures and an efficient picture day. Payment in full and the signed confirmation letter are required at the scouting meeting.
On the day of the shoot, the photographer and an assistant will arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up equipment and review the plan for the day.
Once we get started, the team moves through your facility, spending approximately 10 minutes with each subject. The photographer makes 15-20 shots, and reviews the results with the subject. Frequently, people find a shot they love and are done at this point, but sometimes a little more attention is required. Our photographers listen to feedback and work with each subject until they get a picture everybody loves. Back at the studio, the images are processed, gently retouched and sized according to your specific needs. Ready-to-use image files are delivered to you via email within three business days.
